DESCRIPTION:PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING\nGRAFTON COUNTY DELEGATION\nSeptember 25, 2023\n10:00 A.M.\nA public hearing will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the Grafton County Administration Building, located at 3855 Dartmouth College Highway, North Haverhill, NH.  The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment regarding the receipt of a $11,969,000 federal National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) grant that will fund a Broadband Middle Mile Project in Grafton County. The grant requires a $5,129,571.43 cash match by the County.    \nImmediately following the public hearing will be a meeting of the Grafton County Delegation for the following purposes:\n\nTo Vote and Authorize a Supplemental Appropriation of up to $5,129,572, to be funded through fund balance.\nTo discuss any other matters to come before the Delegation.\n\nRep.
